About OHHA

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held at the Pavilion on Highlands Dr. on Sunday, May 25th at 9:00 A.M.

Welcome to Osage Highlands Homeowners Association (OHHA), located in Camden County, Missouri. We are an independent subdivision representing 131 lots located on the 32.5 mile marker at the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.  Off Highway 5 on the west side of the Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Highlands is located 1.6 miles off of Lake Road 5-65.  By water, we are at located at mile marker 32.5 of the Osage arm near Standing Rock Cove.

Measured from our subdivision sign, there are 2.6 miles of county maintained paved roads in the subdivision. We maintain our own OHHA community well and water distribution system, and have some of the lowest water rates in the mid-Missouri area.  Additionally, our electric service is provided by the Southwest Electric Cooperative, a local serving REC with some of the lowest rates in the country.

Currently, Osage Highlands is zoned R-1 by Camden County Zoning regulations, a residential community of single family dwellings.

All OHHA homeowners have rights to use our concrete paved boat ramp. Boat docks typically allowed for each lot with direct lake access, with specific requirements and regulations maintained by Ameren, the owner/operator of Bagnell Dam. Specific regulations change from time to time. For second-tier lot owners, there are four lake access lots that may provide you with lake access to boat docks. OHHA does not own or operate any of the “community” docks that are associated with the lake access lots. These shared docks are governed by their own board of directors, which are separate from OHHA.
